Specialty kit draws in office and in home
Specialty kit (in home) draws fee -$80 will also ship kit for you.

Too busy to come in, homebound, elderly patients can benefit from in home draws.
In home service draw fee is $75.00 paid at the time of service.
Assisted Living & Nursing Home Patients
We provide phlebotomy services for nursing home facilities as well as assisted living homes.
Rates for 3hrs on site start at $350 based on facility volume and size prices may very.
Stat labs are $100 per occurrence
Labs drop, supplies, and draw included in fee.
Services for facilities draws are not billed to insurance, no form is provided for reimbursement through insurance. Fee's will be billed directly to the facility at a net 30 pay schedule.
